This game was made in a week for 7dfps 2024!

Become Joth Smoth, the most powerful moth in Lepidopteros. A walking catastrophe.

After their pet tardigrade was stolen by the bug mafia, they were taken out of their peaceful life as they attempt to rescue their beloved water bear (the only animal capable of withstanding Joth Smoth's affection).

Break though the bug mafia's cardboard mansion and defeat the family boss, before Joth becomes so enraged they lose control and destroy the world!


HOW TO PLAY

Objective

Help Joth Smoth recover their kidnapped pet.

Joth Smoth's anger will build up over time and when they take damage, if anger reaches the limit, Joth Smoth will destroy the world.

Defeat everything in your way and find the Boss before Joth Smoth can't contain their anger anymore.

Controls

  • W - Forward 
  • S - Backwards
  • A - Strafe Left
  • D - Strafe Right
  • CTRL - Crouch
  • SPACE - Jump
  • LEFT MOUSE CLICK - Shoot
  • RIGHT MOUSE CLICK - Punch
  • SHIFT - Dash
  • CTRL + SPACE - High  Jump
  • CTRL x2 - (While in the Air) Dive

The use of the stuffed animal of a tardigrade as a kind of limited health pickup that turns off your ability to fight makes picking one up an active decision while playing. Do you have the space to try and use it now while there are no enemies around? Or do you grab it while in the middle of a firefight and hope it gives you just enough time to stave off a game over? Cute game!
